We are looking for an Location Planner to start asap!


What does the role involve?

As a Location Planner, you will be instrumental in delivering credible store-level forecasts and managing financial plans across Nike’s partner stores. You will combine insights and analytics to craft accurate demand plans that inform both in-season and pre-season strategies, driving efficiency and service excellence across our fleet.


What will you be doing?

  • Provide reliable short and mid-range store-level sales forecasts and KPIs for a portfolio of Nike partner stores (NSP).
  • Create store revenue forecasts by capturing valuable local market insights.
  • Analyze weekly business trends, clarify results, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align on revenue plans and assess demand in the marketplace.
  • Re-forecast weekly and monthly to determine region-specific actions for effective sales and inventory management.
  • Communicate regularly with Retail Directors and Managers, translating their insights into actionable store-level plans.
  • Take ownership of improving Location Planning processes to enhance efficiency and support ambitious fleet expansion plans.

  • Proven experience in planning for Demand, Retail, Merchandise, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or Sales.
  • Strong understanding of key metrics related to consumer demand, retail math, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of audiences, including MFP planners and Field Leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage dynamic planning cycles within the Nike Stores team.
  • Independent mentality with a proactive approach to driving process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Capability to network and utilize internal and external resources to meet commitments and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in automated planning systems and MS Windows applications, particularly Excel.
