What does the role involve?

We are looking for a Sr. Supply Chain In-Season Order Management Analyst to join the Nike EMEA Operations team. If you are a top-tier data expert with a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management, and a knack for clear communication, we want to hear from you.

This role is crucial in supporting the transformation of Nike’s reporting and analytics landscape. You will work closely with business partners across EMEA, advising on data & analytics solutions to drive strategic initiatives. Your ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively will be key as you collaborate with central teams and help design impactful analytical solutions.


What will you be doing?

  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep your team as efficient as possible
  • Determine the structure and design of the front-end parts (i.e. dashboards and data visualizations) of the assigned data product
  • Develop, test and maintain the visual and interactive components of the data product’s user interfaces
  • Use analytical and statistical methods to solve complex problems and drive business decisions and ensure continuous improvements within the business
  • Collect, clean, structure the right data from different sources for modelling purposes
  • Collaborate with key partners/stakeholders to get detailed functional requirements for development teams to incorporate in technical builds.
  • Aid in developing MVPs, proof of concepts for analytical solutions, in order for development teams to scale to enterprise level.
  • Assist with implementation of new decision support solutions that help the business leverage/operationalize analytical insights
  • Assist in executing large cross functional special projects and other team deliverables
  • Aid in drafting / proofing research and delivering presentations and facilitating collaborative work sessions, workshops and trainings.
  • Assist the team with analytical and functional skills as well as with strong communication skills and a positive can-do mindset.

  • You have Supply chain operations understanding
  • You have Retail / Business planning understanding
  • Exceptional data analysis skills such as: advanced manipulation of large data sets, advanced SQL, advanced statistical knowledge
  • Experience with big-data technologies is preferred (such as Snowflake)
  • Solid experience in data visualization, design, development and implementation of front-end components
  • Applied experience with Visual Analytics platforms (Tableau experience is a strong plus)
  • The ability to self-serve, investigate and get the insights the business needs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently, execute large projects and take initiative to explore and solve problems with stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and/or work on cross-functional teams and provide project management support wherever needed.
  • Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with an agile mindset.
  • Ability to summarize complex findings in actionable insights and convey them to various audience
