What are you going to do?

As a Customer Service Officer, you will handle daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:


  • Processing orders: intake, confirmation, invoicing in SAP, and communication with logistics partners.
  • Managing deliveries: coordinating with transport partners, tracking delivery dates, and updating customers.
  • Handling customer requests and complaints via email or phone.
  • Updating system details (customer info, prices, promotions) for smooth processing.
  • Collaborating with sales colleagues to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Taking on projects and tasks to boost team performance.

Where will you work?

You will be part of a dynamic Customer Service team, working in a friendly and supportive environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are encouraged. The Customer Service team consists of 12 people from various nationalities. A beautiful mix of different cultures. The headquarters of the company are based in China, but the Eindhoven branch has a small and cozy office with a small team.

What do we ask?
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and communicate with empathy.
  • Native German speaker; other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Eagerness to learn about the technical aspects of our lighting products.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a desire to constantly improve.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, OneNote) and SAP (SD & MM modules).
