We are looking for an Account Operations Representative (AOR) to join Converse. In this full-time role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for strategic accounts by managing orderbook execution, driving supply chain efficiencies, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What are you going to do?As an AOR, you will lead MPO-related projects, represent MPO in Integrated Account Team meetings, and execute the Account Development Plan for strategic partners. Your role will require a passion for data and analytics, strong project management skills, and the ability to simplify complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent MPO in Integrated Account Team meetings, presenting updates on projects and key seasonal KPIs.
- Own and execute the Account Development Plan and build strong relationships with strategic partner counterparts.
- Lead and execute MPO-related projects such as profitability initiatives and supply chain implementation.
- Track progress against business goals, driving goal-setting and forecasting processes with account teams.
- Ensure orderbook quality through reconciliation processes and collaboration with commercial and buying teams.
- Manage seasonal execution, proactively addressing holds, cancellations, returns, and other operational needs.
- Oversee shipping, including processing requests, managing distribution centers, and resolving delivery performance issues.
- Monitor and manage product launches to support brand initiatives and marketplace strategies.
- Deliver superior customer service by ensuring operational performance meets agreed SLAs and taking action to improve when needed.
- Analyze internal processes and shipping performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

What do we ask?- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Supply Chain
- 4 years of relevant experience in Operations/Supply Chain
- 4 years of experience in a multinational consumer products environment, and a good understanding of consumer, retail and servicing the marketplace.
- Experience in managing supplier/customer relationships
- Customer Service mindset with focus on delivering superior customer service
- Demonstrate strong conceptual understanding of supply chain business models
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including technical reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills in a multinational environment with the ability to effectively communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure
- Advanced level proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is a plus
