A leading online pharmacy in Europe, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer. In this role, you will manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including payment tracking and dunning processes, while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
What will you do?
- Ensuring that customers receive their invoices on time and without errors.
- Monitor and collect overdue accounts, taking prompt action to minimize DSO
- Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Service, E-Payments, Retail Media Sales, Accounts payables, IT and ERP to streamline accounting processes.
- Conduct account clearings, handle open items, and manage customer payment information accurately.
- Make decisions on payment deferrals, process credits, and validate receivables through accounting checks.

Wat vragen wij?
- Finished MBO+ financial education
- Affinity with figures
- Good communication skills in English, and German.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Several years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of B2B/B2C finance operations in an international environment
- Availability to work occasionally on Saterdays ( max 6 times a year).
- Technical proficiency in financial and accounting systems.
- Experience is a plus, but a positive and eager to learn attitude is just as important. For example, have you completed an MBO / HBO Finance course and are you looking for an environment where you can grow in the short term? Then this client offers every opportunity!
- You are preferably available 40 hours/week, possibly 32 hours is negotiable
