Wat ga je doen?As an Administrative Service Specialist, you will manage and optimize procurement and administrative processes.
Your key responsibilities include:
· Managing administrative procurement costs and resources efficiently
· Developing and implementing procurement strategies in line with company policies
· Sourcing, selecting, and building strong relationships with new suppliers
· Negotiating prices and contracts, and formalizing agreements
· Monitoring supplier performance and driving improvements where needed
· Resolving project-related complaints and implementing effective solutions

Wat vragen wij?- A bachelor's degree in Commerce, HR or Supply Chain/Logistics
- At least 1 year of experience in administration
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong skills in cost analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- A proactive, independent, and goal-oriented attitude
