What are you going to do?

In this role, you, together with the logistics coordinator, are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics process. You make sure that the daily tasks are carried out efficiently, with extra attention to the "sorting" department. Through your organizational skills and attention to detail, you help keep the work processes running smoothly and ensure that the goals are achieved.

Your tasks will include:

  • Leading your team together with the coordinator
  • Carefully planning and preparing the tasks
  • Processing the in- and outbound goods both physically and administratively
  • Supporting, monitoring, and motivating your colleagues to ensure the daily objectives are met
  • Using SLAs and KPIs as tools to achieve goals. And sharing them with your team in a constructive and motivating tone
  • You will pay attention to detail and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workplace
  • If there are no other tasks you will take part in the daily operations of the warehouse

What do we ask?
  • You have experience in a logistics role
  • You are willing to work in a four-shift schedule: 06:45 - 15:15, 14:45 - 23:15, 22:45 - 07:15
  • You speak and write Dutch or English well
  • You have good communication skills
  • You can work accurately and efficiently with administrative data
