Do you enjoy motivating a team and improving logistics processes? If so, the role of Assistant Logistics Team Leader is perfect for you! You’ll work closely with the Logistics Team Leader to ensure smooth operations throughout the logistics process.


  • Motivating and Supporting the Team: Assist the Logistics Team Leader in motivating the team and ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Planning and Organizing Tasks: Prepare and oversee the logistics schedule to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
  • Goods Handling: Manage the receipt, processing, and storage of goods, ensuring orders are accurately picked and stored.
  • Achieving Goals: Support the team in reaching their targets, sharing progress in a positive and encouraging way.
  • Ensuring Safety and Order: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly working environment at all times.

What do we ask?
  • Logistics Experience: Previous experience in a logistics role.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work in a five-shift rotation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in Dutch or English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong discipline and communication abilities.
  • Responsibility: Able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
