What are you going to do?As an Associate University Program Manager you will help elevate our client their internship and graduate programs across EMEA. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping their university talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a seamless experience for interns and graduates while helping attract top talent. What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and successful execution of Uber’s internship and graduate programs across EMEA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consistency in all regions, ensuring a unified approach to talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement innovative intern programming that aligns with strategic priorities and core values.
- Create and lead engaging content for intern orientations, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
- Partner closely with University Recruiters to design and implement strategies that foster intern engagement and development.
- Oversee intern onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with People Ops and other key stakeholders.
- Own and manage communications with interns, managers, and mentors, providing essential updates on key dates, events, and important program information.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor best practices, continually refining the intern experience to ensure Uber is at the forefront of talent acquisition.
What do we offer?- A salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek;

Where will you work?The organization is one of the world’s largest companies in the field of mobility. They are active in over 10,000 cities globally and use drivers to transport people from point A to B or deliver food-related products to customers. You can contribute to the growth of this company by demonstrating how to optimize customer relationships and drive the growth of electric vehicles. In this role, you will interact with many different departments, with informal and short communication lines.
What do we ask?- You have 2+ years of experience managing internship programs, project management, or recruitment operations, ideally in a university or campus recruitment context.
- You have proven ability to influence leadership and present data-driven recommendations to gain buy-in.
- You are available from tuesday - thursday, 20h a week.
