Associate University Program Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategy, planning, and successful execution of Uber’s internship and graduate programs across EMEA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consistency in all regions, ensuring a unified approach to talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement innovative intern programming that aligns with strategic priorities and core values.
• Create and lead engaging content for intern orientations, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
• Partner closely with University Recruiters to design and implement strategies that foster intern engagement and development.
• Oversee intern onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with People Ops and other key stakeholders.
• Own and manage communications with interns, managers, and mentors, providing essential updates on key dates, events, and important program information.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor best practices, continually refining the intern experience to ensure Uber is at the forefront of talent acquisition.

• A salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek;

In this role, you will interact with many different departments, with informal and short communication lines.

• You have 2+ years of experience managing internship programs, project management, or recruitment operations, ideally in a university or campus recruitment context.
• You have proven ability to influence leadership and present data-driven recommendations to gain buy-in.
• You are available from tuesday - thursday, 20h a week.
