What are you going to do?As a Call Center Agent, you play an important role in delivering high-quality service to our customers. You handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and assist with routine inquiries related to our products and services.
Working with established procedures and internal systems, you ensure that every customer receives clear, professional, and timely support. Your ability to communicate effectively and work with care contributes directly to customer satisfaction and the trusted reputation of Bayer.
