We are looking for a Cost Coordinator. The role is from March until the end of February 2026.
What are you going to do?As a Cost Coordinator you will support the EMEA Store Construction team, within the Nike Retail business. Reporting to Retail Finance Manager, your main responsibilities include Purchase Order Management activities related to Store Construction projects.
What will you be doing?
- Reviewing proposals and invoices for accuracy, advising Cost Managers of any discrepancies
- Purchase Order management activities (raising PO’s, managing Goods Received and Invoicing process)
- Updating Cost Reports and Procurement Trackers
- Support Cost Managers with various ad hoc administrative tasks
- Focus on performance; understanding supply chain performance metrics, performing data deep dives and analyses, driving concrete actions to improve performance

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class customer service
- Analytical and communication skills which support a result driven approach
- Digital literacy: MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP
