What are you going to do?As an CRM Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Design & CRM teams to execute and optimize campaigns for the Gift Card and Gifting Marketplace offerings. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution, analyzing performance, and driving growth in the gift card and gifting segments. This role is ideal for someone with experience in CRM tools, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making who wants to develop further in a dynamic and globally recognized company.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with the CRM team to plan and execute targeted campaigns for the Gift Card and Gifting Marketplace offerings;
- Managing the campaign lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Analyzing campaign performance metrics, reporting on results, and recommending optimizations;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Local Ops, Legal, Local Marketing, Product Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and customer experience;
- Monitoring customer behavior and trends to create personalized, effective messaging.
Please note working hours: 24 hours per week.

Where will you work?- An attractive salary between €2,300 and €3,000 gross per month based on a 24-hour contract;
