What does your workday look like?

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your day begins with responding to incoming calls and emails, ensuring that each interaction ends on a positive note. You'll manage daily operational tasks, such as processing orders and monitoring order status. When escalations arise, you’ll be the problem solver who does everything possible to maintain customer satisfaction. You’ll also collaborate regularly with sales teams and other departments to optimize processes and speed up order fulfillment.

Wat vragen wij?

  • At least 5 years of experience in an international customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to build relationships and work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
