What are you going to do?As a Customer Service Representative you will provide high level customer service, together with your colleagues , to internal and external customers with the goal of maintaining meaningful business relationships. Our ideal candidate will be customer oriented and be eager to drive growth.
- Provide professional communication via phone and email to our customers and internal support teams.
- Use a sales order entry system, website, and knowledge base resources to provide accurate and timely assistance with order placements and status inquiries (pricing, availability, order status, shipping details, etc.).
- Follow established service quality standards and meet order and inquiry processing time standards (talk time, after call work, order accuracy etc.).
What do we offer?- A gross salary between € 2500.- and € 3000.- per month depending on experience
- Work hours between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

What do we ask?- Fluent in English is required and one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish or Italian.
- High school diploma or comparable experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 40 hours available
- some years of related customer service experience preferred, with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Experience with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven Customer Service/Customer Care experience.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Familiar with CRM and ERP systems and practices!
