As a Datacenter System Engineer, your primary responsibility entails handling the acceptance, registration, and resolution of diverse server hardware issues. You'll be engaged in analyzing and addressing problems for our global clientele, both remotely and onsite. - Completed MBO4 degree in IT or equivalent level attained through relevant experience.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.
- Prior experience in 1st and 2nd line support roles.Exposure to data center operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Possess an analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
- Capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS/Linux systems.
- Familiarity with system management principles including networks, servers, and databases.
- Presents a professional demeanor.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (B) and residing within a 40 km radius.
