Due to the growth of our order portfolio, we are looking for reinforcement for our production team. As an operator, you are the key to our production process. You start and stop the machines, perform preparatory tasks, and closely follow the wishes of our customers. You solve small malfunctions in the machines yourself, and if something is not right, such as a stock shortage, you discuss it with the team leader.

The working hours are as follows:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:30
- Week 2: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 18:00

Our client is an international manufacturer of plastic building materials. The core business is the development, production, and sale of plastic gutter systems and profiles, as well as the production of synthetic railway sleepers. The products are sold throughout Europe.
They handle all processes themselves, from design to export. The location is easily accessible by public transport and there is ample parking available. Within the organization, there are many opportunities for personal development. Employees receive staff discounts on the product range.

You will be trained by an experienced colleague to familiarize yourself with all parts of the production process.

What do we ask of you?
- MBO working and thinking level
- Experience in a production environment
- Willingness to work in staggered day shifts and later in 3 shifts
- In possession of a valid forklift/reach truck certificate or willingness to take a course
What do we offer you?

- A gross monthly salary between € 2,339 and € 2,797, depending on age and experience
- 23 vacation days, plus 1 extra day for every 2 years you work with us
- 5.3% ADV allowance on your gross hourly wage
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 net per km
- 6% year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance
- Participation in the client’s pension scheme
- From 2025, when we switch to a 3-shift system, you will receive an 18% shift allowance
