For the position of EMEA Marketing Brand Operations Senior Professional we're seeking a dynamic and dedicated team player to help us drive clarity and enable great work with our Brand Marketing partners. We are problem solvers and innovative thinkers. We obsess elevating our Brand through efficiencies, rigor, and team collaborations across our Consumer x Field of Play (CFoP) offense. We are the operating system of the marketing team.
What are you going to do?What you will work on:
- Guide seasonal process adherence, governance, and innovation as a key advocate for our Marketing Code process from approximately week -39 (of a 130-week process) through to go live, publishing, and learnings.
- Drive financial excellence and accountability for Consumer x Field of Play budget.
- Apply project management best practices and drive continuous functional process improvement.
- Build work back schedules, track campaign progress, and flag challenges and risks.
- Partner closely across EMEA Marketing ensuring all processes are executed flawlessly with oversight into project statuses and risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners, ensuring work is delivered within scope, on time, and on budget.
- Build relationships across the brand marketing and business matrix and contribute towards our team strategy to continuously improve the way we work.
- Act as the EMEA key point of contact liaising with Global and Country+City counterparts ensuring all relevant seasonal and project related information is distributed and communicated on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure sub-functional seasonal marketing initiatives are fully represented within planning, and are resourced appropriately.
- Participate and support automation and digitization efforts through tools and technology.
