What are you going to do?

As a foreman, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the production team, ensuring smooth operations and achieving daily targets. You’ll collaborate closely with the plant manager and actively contribute to production and process optimization. Your tasks will include:

  • Building and managing your team in partnership with the plant manager;
  • Planning and organizing daily production tasks to meet goals;
  • Supervising assembly operations and introducing improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs;
  • Performing quality inspections to uphold high standards throughout the production process;
  • Ensuring safety regulations are followed and fostering a positive, productive work atmosphere.

This position operates on a day shift schedule, with working hours from 07:30 to 15:45.

What do we ask?
  • You are proficient in English;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You are a true team player and can handle dynamic and sometimes stressful environments;
  • You have an interest in mechanical engineering and process optimization, and you can prioritize tasks based on urgency;
  • Experience in aluminum welding is a plus.
