Wat ga je doen?What will you do?
The focus of this job is to operate specific machines in the processing and packaging process independently, following instructions and specifications.
What you can expect
As a packing operator, you make sure everything runs smoothly. With your independence and attention to detail, you play an important role in our production process. Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Operating one or more machines and keeping them running smoothly.
- Preparing the production process and recording production data.
- Checking packaging and labels to ensure everything is 100% correct.
- Maintaining order and hygiene around the lines and performing small machine maintenance.
- Spotting improvements and helping to train new colleagues.
- Taking care of general maintenance (cleaning, small repairs, fixing machine issues)
- Reporting to the supervisor (e.g., complaints, issues with product quality or hygiene, improvement opportunities, breakdowns, and defects)
You will follow the procedures and instructions related to HACCP or similar food safety standards while working.
With your efforts, we work together to deliver the best quality and the tastiest products!
Work shifts
You work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours a day. The working hours are:
- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (morning shift)
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (afternoon shift)
- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (night shift)

- A starting salary of €16.34 (including ADV allowance, excluding shift allowance)
Monday til Friday | 18:00 tot 24:00 | 33% |
Monday til Friday | 00:00 tot 06:00 | 35% |
- 25 vacation days + 8.33% vacation pay
- 3% year-end bonus (after 2 months of work)
