What does the role involve?
Nike seeks a Layout Designer who will be responsible for the consumer and service journey, fixture layout for various concepts of EMEA stores. As a Layout Designer you are key to bringing the art and the science together by making sure business needs and forecasts are met in the stores design and layouts.
You will be able be to adapt to various stakeholders and comfortable at managing expectations and great communicator to internal and external partners.
What will you be doing?
- You will work on various projects in various concepts simultaneously from kick off to a store opening. Creating the fixture layout, following vision and strategy created in the playbook.
- You will be able to own multiple projects focusing on the fixture layout and consumer journey in the store. This includes product merchandising zoning and service journey.
- You will be able to own individual projects while also being able to oversee agency’s work and give feedback on projects at a high level.
- You will be responsible for aligning with multiple stakeholders on store layout.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Layout Planning, Retail Design, Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must.
- Experience with Revit is a pre.
- Ability to own / manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent at communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experienced in working in cross-functional teams/squads with great problem-solving attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Great sense of judgment and decision-making.
- Experience in working with agencies and vendors.
- Comfortable pushing timeline, budgets and scope.
- Confident in presentation skills and following up on feedback.
- You may need to travel 5-15% of the time.
