We are looking for a Lead Supply Chain who can start as soon as possible. The role is for 40 hours per week, with a 7 months contract to start with.


What does the role involve?

As Supply Chain Lead SEC, you will provide functional expertise and leadership to enable Nike EMEA’s business transformation through new capabilities being delivered by Strategic Enterprise Capability (SAP) and dependent programs.


You will contribute functional expertise to build new Supply Chain capabilities and ensure readiness across people, process and technology. You will also utilize strong operations, technical, and project management experiences to enable program and solution delivery towards our operational KPI’s (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability)


What will you be doing?

  • As the Supply Chain Lead, you will collaborate with Supply Chain functional leaders and teams to identify critical end-to-end business processes that require change to leverage Nike’s new enterprise operational capabilities (business process mapping).
  • Develop detailed business and people impact assessment plans of new capabilities and contribute towards deployment and readiness roadmap (in partnership with the Core program team)
  • Understand interdependencies between SEC and other initiatives to inform and influence prioritization, sequencing and value creation
  • Support detailed solution deployment plans including end user testing, performance testing, cutover readiness & execution, blackout dates etc.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Supply Chain functional teams to create detailed testing plans for new capabilities
  • Contribute towards creation of Acceptance Criteria for new capabilities and solutions in collaboration with the SEC program team and functional teams
  • Champion business engagement through all phases of SEC program from solution design to delivery to drive advocacy and ownership
