What are you going to do?We’re looking for a Live Ops Senior Specialist to join our team. This is a fast pace, entrepreneurial area that needs someone who is ready to jump in and lead large cross-functional teams through the prevention- and resolution of incidents. You are able to think about cross-functional impact, prioritize tasks and drive efficiency. What do we ask?- Minimum of 3 years experience in direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce with a specific focus on operational project and/or process management and improvement
- Hands on experience in leading x-functional teams through the resolution of complex issues in time pressure environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to quickly assess and prioritize what’s most important
- Be a self-starter and manage ambiguity well. Manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner
- Ability to move with the speed and need of the business during peak and off-peak moments
- Able to translate complex information into clear and easy to comprehend action plans
- Can bring people along with a positive and energetic approach
- Comfortable using tools such as PowerPoint, Airtable, Miro and Excel
