What are you going to do?

We’re looking for a Live Ops Senior Specialist to join our team. This is a fast pace, entrepreneurial area that needs someone who is ready to jump in and lead large cross-functional teams through the prevention- and resolution of incidents. Our best Operations Specialists are organized leaders and flexible multitaskers who take pride in the perfection of their work. You are able to think about cross-functional impact, prioritize tasks and drive efficiency. You are also a true people person and are able to manage multiple stakeholders on a day-to-day basis with a smile on your face. You maintain a flexible schedule that regularly includes evenings, holidays and weekends work.

What do we ask?
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce with a specific focus on operational project and/or process management and improvement
  • Hands on experience in leading x-functional teams through the resolution of complex issues in time pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, able to quickly assess and prioritize what’s most important
  • Be a self-starter and manage ambiguity well. Manage ad-hoc requests in an independent manner
  • Ability to move with the speed and need of the business during peak and off-peak moments
  • Able to translate complex information into clear and easy to comprehend action plans
  • Can bring people along with a positive and energetic approach
  • Comfortable using tools such as PowerPoint, Airtable, Miro and Excel
