Logistic Specialist (Warehouse Operation)

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join a high-tech distribution center with two locations in Waalwijk and Tilburg. This center is part of a global network, serving over 40 countries with advanced technology like AI and 5G.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will work from an office near the warehouse, not directly on the warehouse floor, but you will still be close to the action.

Your tasks:

• Work with third-party logistics partners to manage warehouse activities like picking, sorting, packing, labeling, and inspecting products
• Check that operations follow clear work instructions and standard procedures
• Organize stock counts, review any differences, and find solutions
• Improve warehouse layouts and processes to save time and reduce costs
• Support new projects and help solve system issues
• Respond quickly to urgent requests, such as shipping or receiving materials.

• You have a positive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• You have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the electronics industry
• Knowledge of WMS systems, Lean Warehouse operations, and project management is a plus
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
• You are solution-oriented, responsible, and have a positive mindset
