Logistics coordinator

For Tesla we are looking for a Logistics coordinator to support the logistics team in EMEA!

Candidates for this job should have a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and effective solutions, ability to prioritize and adapt to changes, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Booking & coordination of most cost effective and efficient means to transport goods within expected requirements to meet or exceed expectations
• Prepare required documentation (DG, Commercial invoices, etc.) for outbound shipments
• Communicate and update stakeholders and requestors on all relevant transportation statuses
• Ensure shipments are updated in the transport management systems
• Manages activities throughout the transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met & handle claims (delays, lost in transit, return to sender)
• Streamline shipping and transportation processes in cooperation with the logistics analyst
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Salary is 16,93 EUR bruto per hour.
• Hours: full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Contract length: 6 months (with the possibility of further extention)
• Location: Amsterdam.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00 (can be a bit flexible)

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics
• Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms, standards and Incoterms
• Experience using relevant Microsoft office tools
• Language: English , any other European language is a pre.
