Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving complex challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Nike as a Marketplace Supply Chain Specialist.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role where you’ll have the chance to shape Nike’s supply chain strategies and deliver outstanding results.

What are you going to do?

As a Marketplace Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage a healthy order book and drive optimal delivery performance for our partners. You’ll oversee day-to-day supply chain operations while collaborating closely with partners, transportation teams, and distribution centers to meet seasonal plans and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with partners by learning their requirements and service needs.
  • Conduct operational calls, order book audits, and order-writing workshops to influence partner behavior and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop and streamline best practices across NMP teams to drive efficiency.
  • Monitor key KPIs, forecast ship goals with business analysts, and escalate risks and opportunities as needed.
  • Provide critical insights for Ship to Plan processes by collaborating with internal logistics, commercial teams, and external supply chain stakeholders.
  • Deliver standard reporting on order tracking to ensure on-time delivery and a seamless supply chain flow.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance our operations.

What do we ask?
  • Minimum 1 years experience with Account/ Partner Management
  • Minimum 1 years experience on Supply Chain Planning and Operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
  • Ability to analyze, influence, and storytelling with data
  • Experience with SAP & Excel
