What will you do?
You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems in customers' transport vehicles. Every day brings something new, as each order is unique, offering you plenty of variety and diverse tasks. You will also log your activities with light administrative duties.
In addition to varied work, this role offers plenty of opportunities for personal development. During your onboarding period, you will attend several training courses, some of which take place in Brussels, where you will be provided with accomodation, meals, and enjoyable, educational days. As you continue in your role, you will have access to internal mechanic training and additional courses through the Adecco Academy to further develop your skills.
You will begin as an in-house service mechanic, with the possibility of moving into a field-based role in the future if you're open to it. In that case you would travel to businesses that need repairs for their cooling systems. This is a fulltime, day shift position with working hours from 08:00 to 16:30

They are a key partner in the industry, providing solutions for both national and international transport as well as the retail sector. While the head office is in Rotterdam, the Oud Gastel branch has a team of five mechanics. This is a tight-knit team with a casual work culture, and they enjoy a special lunch together every friday. The organization also offers plenty of training and development opportunities.
Wat vragen wij?
