What are you going to do?In this role you will be part of the Merchandising Business Operations team working with the Nike NVS Merchandising processes. You will be responsible for tools & projects to enable operations excellence. As a Merchandising Operations Specialist I (MOS) you will be expected to provide effective support and maintain accurate merchandising information to internal and external stakeholders through appropriate and effective channels. Analyzing, planning, coordinating, implementing and measuring changes introduced into the organization. Each MOS is integrated into a Squad that buys, plans and trades product across the Nike Inline/NVS marketplace. In this role, you are the Squad’s primary owner for all data-flow, contract creation, product information, pricing and extended operational matters. In a typical week you will be responsible for ensuring the seasonal assortment is set into our systems, from checking/setting up product information to contract creation and making sure data flows correctly into downstream systems. In a highly dynamic retail environment, you continuously keep the assortment in our systems up to date, and your stakeholders informed on all aspects of your ongoing projects.

What do we ask?- Excel. Broad range of skills that go beyond basic formulas and data entry. Will be able to work with advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts, data validation and optimization.
- Comfortable using tools and technology (i.e Outlook, Slack, Power Point, Miro, Airtable, etc)
- Team Player. Able to work withing a group, collaborating effectively and contributing to the success of the team as a whole.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to adapt to new situations quickly, like to think outside the box to solve problems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills. Will be able to convey ideas (written & spoken) listen and connect well to a broad set of stakeholders across the EMEA business and can allocate the right priority to multiple demands.
- Vendor understanding desirable
- SAP knowledge is a plus
