Would you like to earn between €2,700 and €3,300 gross per month? Are you skilled at coordinating the development process for new colleagues? Do you enjoy monitoring colleagues' performance and stepping in when they need support? If so, we are looking for you!
What You’ll Do
You’ll be working for one of the largest organizations worldwide in the mobility industry. A significant portion of the workforce consists of couriers, and you will be responsible for their onboarding and development. This includes ensuring that new colleagues understand what is expected of them on their first day and making sure they have the right materials. In addition, you will:
- Monitor the progress and performance of couriers and find ways to help them grow. It’s important that you enjoy exploring individual development paths and understand that each person requires a unique approach.
- Act as an information point for your colleagues. They can come to you with questions, and you will also be the one to convey information from higher management in an accessible way.
- Thrive on working with people! You will constantly be engaging with colleagues, identifying areas for their development, and figuring out how to support them. You know how to motivate people and see challenges, not obstacles!
Please note: The working hours for this position are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday. Once every two months, you’ll be expected to work a weekend shift.
