Operations Specialist

As a Project Manager, your main duties will include:

• Project management: Plan, execute, monitor, and control project milestones
• Supplier and partner management: Coordinate all activities and tasks with internal teams and external partner
• Communication: Track action items and ensure clear communication with internal teams and subcontractors
• Quality control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
• Progress tracking: Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions
• Stakeholder management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates
• Process improvement: Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery

• A yearcontract at the start
• You can expect a salary between €3000 - €3500 gross per month
• You have 24 vacation days per year
• There is an Incentive system: Earn bonuses and salary increases every six months

• You have a strong passion for optimizing business processes and operations
• You have a background in ICT or a relevant degree is a plus
• You have a bachelor's degree or above (preferably in management or technical sciences)
• Experience in project management or internships in project delivery
• You are familiar with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and PMI
• You have experience with planning tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello
• You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• You communicate excellent in English and Chinese
• You have strong problem-solving ability: Ability to make decisions under pressure
