Wat ga je doen?Our client is looking for a highly motivated Operations Support specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing marketplace performance, solving operational challenges, and leveraging data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of key projects and initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Using SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and build dashboards to optimize marketplace performance;
- Diagnosing operational inefficiencies, balancing supply and demand, and solving real-world challenges affecting customer experience;
- Overseeing the end-to-end payment process, ensuring smooth execution, and implementing automation for efficiency;
- Managing multiple high-impact projects, collaborating with teams across Operations, Product, Finance, Policy, and Customer Support.
Wat bieden wij?- A salary between €3.800,- and €4.200,- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek;
