As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth production process. You make sure the machines run optimally and intervene in case of malfunctions to minimize downtime. You always consider quality, working conditions, and environmental factors.
What are you going to do?- Starting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining production machines.
- Refilling and changing raw materials, colorants, labels, and silicones.
- Resolving malfunctions and reporting technical issues.
- Performing quality checks and sampling production materials.
- Recording measurement results and identifying deviations.
- Monitoring the production process and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Working in a 5-shift schedule with a 10-day cycle.
What do we offer?- A base salary between €2,600 and €2,800, with a 30% shift allowance, totaling between €3,300 and €3,600 gross per month on a full-time basis!
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 27 vacation days based on a full-time basis.
