What are you going to do?We are looking for a Partner Experience Lead to join the Nike team. In this role, you will drive global category sales and customer planning by defining and enabling seasonal forecasting, targeting, and customer assortment planning processes and the development of integrated planning tools.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the execution of all X functional gates of Code for Nike Partners
- Understand the impact of code to business processes and drive newness and clarity in the way we execute
- Collaborate with X-functional teams and lead the communication for enabling Code execution
- Support in bringing Nike seasonal strategy come to life with Nike partners
- Set up a framework for main gates of the code, listen to users feedback and bring seasonal improvements
- Lead projects related to overall improvement of the code process for EMEA Partners
- Own the planning and alignment of the EMEA partners cross functional code calendar
- Track NP Code Budget

What do we ask?- Oversee strategic initiatives aimed at improving retail store operations, with a strong focus on supply chain and product planning.
- Track and manage program progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks through effective conflict management and root cause analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, including supply chain, planning, and business functions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, asking the right questions to ensure clarity and alignment. Foster collaboration within a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Storytelling & Reporting: Monitor and track KPIs to measure program success. Prepare progress reports and presentations to share insights and updates with leadership. Use storytelling techniques to convey the programs impact and drive engagement with business teams.
