Wat ga je doen?The job
At Bostik, all sorts of adhesives and glues are produced on site and sold all across Europe. As a production employee at Bostik, you ensure that the production process is able to run smoothly. You are mostly responsible for cleaning tubs, where in glue and sealant have been made. It is important that you can perform continued physical work, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and don't mind getting dirty. Together with your team, you contribute to the smooth flow of the process in the factory!
As a full-time production employee, you work 40 hours a week. You do this from monday to friday in a two shift system from 06:00 to 14:30 and from 14:00 to 23:00. You earn 14% shift allowance for all hours worked!

- The salary is €19.07, including 4.4% ADV compensation and a 14% shift allowance for all hours worked;
- 25 vacation days per year and 8.33% holiday pay;
- Pension accrual starts from day one;
- An 8% end-of-year bonus is provided;
- An annual summer event and a Christmas package to reward everyone's efforts at the end of the year;
- Travel expenses are reimbursed starting from 10 km one way at €0.23 per kilometer.
