We are looking for a Program Manager. The role is for 40 hours per week, until the end of July 2025.
What does the role involve?
Nike is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, international programs that drive our business forward. This pivotal role will oversee the development of strategies, cross-functional alignment, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have a passion for sports and innovation, and excel at delivering impactful outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting external workforce program across EMEA, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver solutions to NIKE
- Could include expansions, process changes, performance management, gathering of feedback to action into process improvements within NIKE or external vendor
- Management of the overall EMEA External workforce program timing
- Extensive data analysis and preparation of management reports; able to discuss findings in the reporting and strategize with stakeholders and/or vendors
- Communication of program activities with stakeholders at all levels of the business and in different countries

Wat vragen wij?

- A background in business consulting/external workforce is a plus
- Track record in Project Management: Leading, working in cross functional teams, Prioritization, Communication, using tools, Gant charts etc
- Analytical background, experience with Power BI is a plus
- Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Good business acumen
