Our client is looking for a results-oriented Program Manager - Payment Compliance Operations to leading and enhancing their compliance operations while ensuring efficiency, scalability, and customer-centricity.
Wat ga je doen?- Owning and optimizing payment compliance (AML) processes, collaborating on design and driving operational efficiencies;
- Leveraging data insights to informing decision-making and continuously improving processes;
- Balancing priorities across multiple markets to reducing costs, improving quality, and maintaining a strong customer focus;
- Leading cross-functional projects, including product/tool rollouts, policy updates, and operational enhancements;
- Establishing governance models to tackling complex, cross-functional challenges and ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Building trust among key stakeholders and securing necessary resources for successful project execution;
- Managing and developing a team of program specialists, coaching them to driving operational excellence and business impact.
Wat bieden wij?- A salary between €6.400,- and €7.700,- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek;
- A performance bonus: €12,000 annually, paid quarterly;
- Option to work hybrid (Tuesday and Thursdays in office);

Wat vragen wij?- 6+ years of experience in management, support operations, policy deployment, and/or project management;
- English must have, Dutch - not essencial, but nice to have;
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and uncover new opportunities;
- Business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader economic landscape and make informed decisions;
- Ability to analyze data, interpret complex data sets, and drive insights and recommendations;
- Excellent communication skills, using data-driven narratives to influence senior leadership;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous environments;
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across diverse teams and geographies;
- Experience in regional or scaled customer support operations is a plus.
