We are looking for a Program Manager (Retail). The role is for 40 hours per week, until the end of December 2025.
What does the role involve?
Nike is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on optimizing retail store operations. This role requires a proactive and experienced professional who can manage cross-functional programs, drive progress across multiple workstreams, and ensure alignment with strategic business priorities.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee strategic initiatives aimed at improving retail store operations, with a strong focus on supply chain and product planning.
- Track and manage program progress across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks through effective conflict management and root cause analysis.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, including supply chain, planning, and business functions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, asking the right questions to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Foster collaboration within a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Storytelling & Reporting:
- Monitor and track KPIs to measure program success.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations to share insights and updates with leadership.
- Use storytelling techniques to convey the program’s impact and drive engagement with business teams.
