As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and improve project quality. You will manage the project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring smooth execution throughout.
Your key tasks:
- Project management: Plan, execute, monitor, and control project milestones
- Supplier and partner management: Coordinate all activities and tasks with internal teams and external partner
- Communication: Track action items and ensure clear communication with internal teams and subcontractors
- Quality control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
- Progress tracking: Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and take corrective actions
- Stakeholder management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates
- Process improvement: Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery

Wat vragen wij?
- You have a bachelor's degree or above (preferably in management or technical sciences)
- Experience in project management or internships in project delivery
- You are familiar with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and PMI
- You have experience with planning tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello
- You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- You communicate excellent in English and Chinese
- You have strong problem-solving ability and can make decisions under pressure
