What are you going to do?

As part of the EMEA Marketing team, our client is looking for a driven and growth-oriented Regional Marketing Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, you will be responsible for entering new markets and driving growth in previously underserved countries. You will work closely with regional sales teams to increase penetration in the Mid Market and Enterprise customer segments.


You will collaborate with various teams to create effective campaigns that generate prospects, stimulate customer usage, measure success, and share your findings. You will be customer-centric, working hard to gain insights into our customer base, decision-makers, influencers, and the regional channels you can leverage to reach them. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing marketing performance in the region through owned, paid, and earned media, with the goal of delivering high-quality leads to our specialized sales teams.
  • Collaborating with regional sales teams, aligning commercial priorities, and developing supporting quarterly marketing plans to achieve targets.
  • Defining, developing, executing, and measuring regional campaigns to drive acquisition, brand awareness, and adoption of customer solutions.
  • Cross-functionally collaborating to develop compelling regional content that supports KPIs.
  • Working with the local communications team to initiate PR activities.
  • Proactively researching trends and new topics of interest for the target audiences, making recommendations, and gathering regional feedback.
  • Safeguarding the brand and ensuring consistency in regional messaging.

What do we ask?
  • Fluent in German (C1) with in-depth knowledge of the German market.
  • Proficient in English, with other European languages being a plus.
  • 4-5 years of experience in B2C and/or B2B marketing for existing customers.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing campaigns aimed at existing customer groups.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels such as email, LinkedIn, webinars, content marketing, etc.
  • A structured problem-solver with project management skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
