What are you going to do?Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Training Specialist to support their in-region sales team and optimize training execution in 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for managing training logistics, improving processes, and fostering collaboration across departments to ensure seamless sales enablement. You will work closely with regional sales teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on key initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitating and coordinating sales training programs to ensure effective learning experiences for new and existing sales team members;
- Managing training logistics and overseeing execution to ensure smooth delivery across teams;
- Engaging with regional subject matter experts to address training gaps and facilitate knowledge sharing;
- Driving complex training initiatives and onboarding programs, working closely with sales and cross-functional teams;
- Supporting product update sessions, sales events, and enablement initiatives to enhance sales performance;
- Building strong cross-functional relationships to understand and optimize training needs;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance training effectiveness.
What do we offer?- A salary between €2.900,- and €3.300,- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek;
