Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that drives Nike's marketplace strategy? We are seeking a Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP) Supply Planner to play a pivotal role in securing the right supply, balancing inventory health, and delivering against targeted revenue and margin objectives.

As the S&IP Supply Planner, you will ensure optimal supply chain operations and act as a key player in translating marketplace strategies into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute: Deliver and implement the buy strategy across all supply chain models, balancing healthy inventory with revenue and margin targets.
- Responsive Planning: Address opportunities within responsive assortments and maintain healthy ATP (Available to Promise) levels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful buying, planning, and delivery. Advocate for the S&IP function across stakeholders.
- Inventory Alignment: Work with Inventory Ops and Consumer Inventory Managers to evaluate and optimize current inventory positions.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Translate business priorities into buy decisions that align with strategic goals.
- Problem-Solving: Identify, resolve, and communicate issues affecting product availability or inventory health proactively and independently.
- Process Improvement: Identify and lead improvement projects to support the growth and evolution of the S&IP function.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track supply health, WOS (Weeks of Supply) performance, and seasonal brand/product stories. Communicate insights to key stakeholders.
