Passionate about merchandising and data-driven decisions? We’re looking for a Merchandiser to build seasonal assortments and optimize business performance for Nike’s Value Stores. Ready to make an impact?

What are you going to do?

Build Value seasonal assortments based upon direct assortment strategy, leveraging data and insights.  Aligned to seasonal Brand Initiatives and retail moments to allow a flawless integrated consumer journey and delivery of direct business targets. Integrate knowledge from all possible sources of supply (closeout, rebuys, etc.) to one cohesive plan for the season. Influence and guide brand merchandising on re-buy line planning needs and requirements.

  • Merchandising excellence: build seasonal profitable assortments for Value Stores, leveraging Value business KPI’s & member data alongside marketplace insights and the competitive landscape; balancing closeout, rebuys, and other sources of supply.
  • Business management: Pre-season: provide clear assortment direction to x-functional teams. In-season: with your x-functional counterparts optimize business results leveraging respective trade levers.
  • Stakeholder management: actively involve x-functional partners on Merchandising Gameplan deliverables to ensure delivery of your merchandising plan.
  • Influencing: effectively influence Global Merchandising on future rebuy needs and x-functional Value counterparts on product support and trade levers. Contribute to price, markdown and promotion strategy.
  • Partner with the Commercial and Inventory Planning teams to keep the marketplace clean in responsible and sustainable ways.
  • Communication: clear and convincing communication, showcase passion for product. Be able to drive x-functional seasonal conversation with confidence and results.
  • Gameplan; Delivers on functional expectations within Gameplan process from capacity to in season execution.
