Sustainability Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Sustainability Compliance Analyst in Rijswijk. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring compliance with the EU and Dutch Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality reports and audits that drive sustainability forward

What you’ll do:

• Translate EU and Dutch CSRD legislation into actionable data requirements, working closely with consultants and HQ experts

• Collect and organize data from different parts of the company to create clear sustainability reports

• Help write and improve reports, making sure they are clear, complete, and submitted on time

• Ensure reports are delivered on time and meet audit standards

• Work closely with auditors to prepare and execute the CSRD audit process

• Develop end-to-end solutions for CSRD reporting, review, and audits

• You have at least 1 year of experience in sustainability, compliance, or regulatory reporting

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, or a related field

• A strong understanding of EU sustainability laws and reporting standards

• Basic project management and analytical skills

• Proficiency in office software like Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Fluency in Mandarin is required, Dutch is a plus

• A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
