Are you passionate about supporting talent acquisition on a global scale? As a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Heineken, you will support the Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Executive Search, through the coordination of recruitment activities, projects, and programs. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
What are you going to do?Your primary responsibility is to deliver successful outcomes for the Global Executive Search team and the wider Global TA team by ensuring a coordinated approach and regular, ongoing support.
Your tasks will include:
- Coordination of Interviews: Scheduling interviews, creating candidate briefing packs, and arranging travel.
- Coordination of Recruitment Process: Creating reports on talent pipelines and recruitment processes, overseeing the Global TA inbox, and triaging requests to the relevant team. Systems Support: Processing offers and hires in MyHR, guiding local OpCo recruitment teams with their offer process, coordinating systems training and implementations, and managing recruitment data and reporting. Team Coordination Support: Creating and managing Purchase Orders, team travel, team diary management, and event management.
- Communication Support: Managing internal and external marketing campaigns related to Talent Acquisition.
- Early Careers Support: Supporting the ongoing development, implementation, and delivery of Heineken’s global strategy for Early Careers (Interns, Graduates, and Trainees) attraction and development.
- General Support: Assisting with other Global Talent Acquisition projects and activities as required, including candidate engagement, outreach, and management.

What do we ask?- Education: University level education. Work Experience: Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination/support roles is ideal; other HR or People team experience is also relevant.
- Other Expertise: Ability to communicate and engage clearly with others across various cultures and locations. Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and demands. Project coordination/management skills.
- Functional Skills: Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred) or other HRIS systems; understanding of data and reporting.
- Languages: Fluent written and verbal English is a must. Additional languages are highly beneficial.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to influence and engage with peers and mid-management colleagues, and be a supportive and credible partner to the business.
- Other Skills: Project management, building collaborative relationships, attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
