In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading your team and optimizing logistics processes.
What are you going to do?As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of your team, ensuring that daily logistics processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of logistics employees and motivating them to perform at their best.
- Overseeing the execution of logistics tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and shipping.
- Monitoring team performance and making adjustments to meet targets.
- Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in logistics processes.
- Acting as the point of contact for your team and other departments

What do we ask?We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader who fits the following profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of logistics systems and processes is a plus.
- Able to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG); costs will be covered by Adecco.
