What are you going to do?


  • Efficiently organize the production workflow by assigning tasks and preparing schedules, ensuring a smooth and systematic operation;
  • Take charge of scheduling control to optimize production timelines, meet deadlines, and enhance overall efficiency in the manufacturing process;
  • Assume responsibility for various tasks on the assembly line, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in handling different aspects of the production process;
  • Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a productive and collaborative work environment;
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies in production processes and recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall productivity.

Wat vragen wij?

Your profile:


  • High School degree, college degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred;
  • Solid understanding of computer system assembly; Possess basic mechanical knowledge;
  • Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection;
  • Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards;
  • Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
