We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team and help build a smarter, more connected value chain.
What are you going to do?Nike is expanding The VAN’s capabilities and operations in Europe. As an exclusive employee purchase channel, The VAN is designed to highlight and promote product sales to our teammates. To support this growth, we are building a strong foundation in Europe and are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all order fulfillment processes efficiently and accurately. Your duties will include receiving and loading inventory into our management system, overseeing product location management, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Additionally, you will participate in weekly team meetings, providing updates on inventory levels, sell-through performance, and process improvement opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you should be an effective communicator, embrace change, and be forward-thinking. You should have a results-driven mindset, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What do we ask?- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working is a warehouse or retail environment.
- Strong Multi-tasking and organizational skills along with effective communication both written and orally.
- Ability to bring a positive and solution focused attitude to the team.
- Must demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, above head and on ground.
